Frequently asked questions.

What is the maximum capacity?

Our “sweet spot” is around 75-100 people, but we can host up to 125. Guest counts over 100 require renting additional tables and chairs (we include farm tables and chairs up to 100), and an additional restroom rental.

What if it rains?

The venue is breathtaking rain or shine, but we are well equipped for a Plan B if the weather does not cooperate. We provide a gorgeous 900 square foot clear topped tent that spans the bluestone patio in front of the Pavilion, which allows for plenty of sheltered space. We move the ceremony under the tent with the waterfall in the background. We have hosted many weddings in the rain and the couples ended up saying it was better than sunny weather- the rain makes the green foliage extra vibrant and magical and guests are cozy under the Pavilion and tent and around the 3 fire pits.

How much does the average wedding cost at Living Stone?

The average wedding costs around $40,000.

Do you host Micro-Weddings?

Yes, we do. The cost is $12,500 for up to 35 people, which includes the site fee and catering with a full bar. Micro-Weddings are generally offered Tuesday-Thursday, but can be offered on a weekend 3 months prior to the date.

Where do guests stay?

*We include our onsite apartment in the site fee, with a queen sized bed, living room with a pull out couch, and full bathroom.

*We allow onsite camping for up to 12 people, and have partnered with a luxury tent company that sets up a canvas tent with a real mattress, bedding, lighting, and rugs. There are 2 bathrooms available for use in the Pavilion, 1 with a large tiled shower.
